She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bollig and Florence Bollig (Altermatt); her husband Leander Schwaegerl; and her sister Cleone Monson. She is survived by: her children, Cheri Drever (Scott) of Fairmont, MN, Greg Schwaegerl (Robin) of Montevideo, MN, Jeff Schwaegerl (Leanne Kim) of Golden Valley, MN and Steve Schwaegerl (Debbie) of New London, MN; and her siblings, Verle Bollig (Betty) of Willmar, MN and Leola Hickman of California. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (209 Field St N, Comfrey, MN 56019). A Mass was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
