Jerome A. Walden Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerome A. Walden of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, who passed away on July 29, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Walden and Lydia Walden of Sleepy Eye, MN.; his stepfather Wolfgang Brey; his half-brother Ted Mattison; his siblings, James, Lawrence, Vernard, George Walden, Lorraine Schewe and Alice Roberts; and his son-in-law Karl Horner.
He is survived by: his wife June Walden (Atkins); and his children, Steven "Steve" Walden (JuYun) of Woodbridge, VA, James "Jim" Walden (Michelle) of Charlestown, IN and Cynthia "Cindy" Horner of New Ulm, MN. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren; Seven great grandchildren; and Four great-great grandchildren.
The family asks that contributions be made to Grace Lutheran Church, 1787 Klerner Lane, New Albany, IN.
