He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Stevermer and Lucilla Stevermer (Rollenhagen); and his brothers, Merle and Glenn. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Darcie Bien (Matt) of Brookings, SD, Chad Stevermer (Kimberly) of West Fargo, ND and Nathan Stevermer (Nicole) of Sleepy Eye; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Erica, Heidi Bien, Hannah, Kylie Stevermer and Henry Stevermer; and his siblings, Lorna Feist of Wells, MN, Rita Craft (Dave) of Key Biscayne, FL, Mary Beckmann (Gene) of Green Bay, WI, Kaydra Lee of Algoma, WI, Lynette Lair (Paul) of Emmons, MN and Roland (Janice) of Blaine, MN. He is also survived by many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the Sleepy Eye Public School Athletic Booster Club, Sleepy Eye Education Foundation Scholarship Fund, or the Lion's Club.
