It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Ann Windschitl of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, who passed away on February 5, 2024, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Jerome and Rita Windschitl; her nephew Samuel Pelzel; and her niece Abby Windschitl. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Pelzel and Mercedes Pelzel (Gulden); her husband Joseph Windschitl of Mary's Catholic Church; her daughters, Cassandra Saye (Emmanuel) and Shelby Neudecker (Nicole); her grandchildren, Emmanuel Saye III, Xavier Saye and Maliya Saye; and her siblings, Larry Pelzel (Lisa), Barb Weicherding (Tim), Linda Reinarts (David), Rhonda Sieve (Brian) and Lisa Pelzel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other loving relatives and friends.
