She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Anderson and Verena Heinemenn Anderson; her husband Arvin; and her siblings, Alverda Huntimer and Curtis Anderson.

She is survived by: her children, Ed (Teresa Gilbertson), Jeffery (Denise Gilbertson), Darla (Keith Selken) and Brian (Robin Gilbertson); her grandchildren, Alicia (Aaron Sandness), Crystal (Nick Schottler), Nicholas (Heather Gilbertson), Ryan (Caitlyn Gilbertson), Luke Gilbertson, Chelsie Selken, Carissa Selken (Tom Crockett), Mitchell (Kjersti Selken) and Reese Gilbertson (Dylan Gilbertson); and her siblings, Betty Bunkers of Dell Rapids, SD, Alice Doherty of Larchwood, IA, Judy Jordan, Karen Oveson, Jeanne, Dennis Carder of Loveland, CO, Lee and Marlys Anderson of Trent, SD.. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
