She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Hample and Mary Hample (Tusa); her husband Dr. Jean Bader; her sister-in-law Darlene Hample; her niece Kim Nesmoe (Wayne); and her stepson-in-law Jerry DeStaercke.
She is survived by: her brother Richard Hample of Jackson, MN; her nephew Ken Hample (Angie) of Spencer, IA; and her niece Karen Pennaz (Steve) of Ennis, MT. She is also survived by six great-nephews and nieces.
