He was predeceased by: his parent Lois Swart; his aunt Connie; his uncle Jerry Scheerhorn; and his parents-in-law, Edmond "Dudd" and Patricia "Pat" Farrell.
He is survived by: his wife Deb Swart of Slayton, MN; his children, Renee (Perry Estebo) and Dave (Brooke Swart); his grandchildren, Deon, Jaydon Estebo, Jacob and Devin Swart; his sister-in-law Diana Elsing (Rodney) of Worthington, MN; his nephew Shawn Elsing (Melissa) of Worthington, MN; and his niece Nikki Elsing (Mitchell Koch).
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for memorials so they may be donated to the new Murray Country gym floor.
