He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kosek and Elizabeth Kosek (Nowak); his brother Ernest Kosek Sr.; and his sister-in-law Stella Kosek. He is survived by: his brothers, Clarence Kosek (Doris) of Glencoe and Jerome Kosek (Marlyce) of Silver Lake. He is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews, thirty-two great nieces and great nephews, eight great, great nieces and great, great nephews and cousins.
