She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Haekenkamp and Eleanore Haekenkamp (LaMott); her siblings, Eddie, Hubert, Eleanore and Agnes; her daughter-in-law Jennifer Mallak; and her pet Patches.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Mallak; her cousin Rev. Edward Grzeskowiak; her children, Thomas of Hutchinson, Donna Holmberg (Steve) of Long Lake, David (Wendy) and Mark (Teresa) of Silver Lake; her grandchildren, Robert Holmberg (Angel), Laura Holmberg (Mike Freeman), Martin Mallak, Isabell Willock (Cole) and Lilianna Lee Mallak (Daniel Spangler); her great grandchildren, Meakah, Owen Holmberg and Abigail Willock; her sister Marlys Carlson (Clarence); and her sisters-in-law, Judy Haekenkamp and Ilean Anderson.
