He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Kruger and Rena Kruger (Wiley); and his daughter-in-law Lisa Kruger (Vopat). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie June Trader; his children, Kris Kruger and Beth Shamhart (Mike); and his granddaughters, Katie Vopat, Lauren Shamhart, Kelli Shamhart, Emilee Bersinger (Cory), Hannah Kruger, Morgan Baker (Shaun) and Natalie Dunn (Cole).
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (57 Horn Blvd, Silver Bay, MN 55614). A Mass will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sawtooth Mountain Cemetery (3228 Co Hwy 4, Silver Bay, MN 55614).
