He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Gumtow; and his brother Jack Gumtow. He is survived by: his significant other Diane Duckworth; his children, Garret Gumtow (Katie), Darrin Gumtow (Dawn) and Breann Butler (Todd Dauer); his stepchildren, Charlyn, Danielle (Pete), Jade and Tylor; his mother Lucille Gumtow; and his siblings, Bob Gumtow (Natalie), Bill Gumtow and MaryJane Van Den (Shovel).
