He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Asmussen and Valorise Asmussen; his wife Patricia Michna; his son John; and his siblings, Eldon, Peter and Grace Kramer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Schultz (Mike) and Julie Beloy; his daughter-in-law Beth Asmussen; his sons, David (Patty), Daniel and Jeffrey; his pet Rascal; and his friends, Vicki Baker, Crystal Peterson and George. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
