It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Edward Olaf Berglund of Silver Bay, Minnesota, who passed away on June 2, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Berglund and Elizabeth Berglund (Pearson); and his brothers, Allen Berglund and Stanley Berglund. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Matthes of Moose Lake, MN; his children, Eugene of Blaine, MN, Karen Bostrom of Grand Forks, ND and Michele Warpula (Rick) of Atkinson, MN; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn, Hannah Warpula and Emma Bostrom; his sister Carol Headman (Bud) of Bruno, MN; and his close friends, Jim and George. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
The family has asked that instead of flowers and plants that people donate to Grindstone Lake Bible Camp in memory of Ed, plant a tree, and remember Ed when they enjoy any sweets (especially fudge, that was his favorite).
