He is survived by: his father Dean; his stepparents, Ann and Ed Von Holtum; his sisters, Joanna Cummings and Susan Shannon (Chris); his stepbrothers, Seth and Ben Altschul; and his nieces, Kylee, Summer and Alyson Shannon. He is also survived by aunts and cousins.
