He is survived by: his wife Lisa Odom; his children, Andrew, David and Elisabeth Olson (Jeff); his former wife DeNise Pellinen; and also, Herbert (Candace), Nansi Castillo (Ken) and Kristen Larsen (Rick). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
