It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Joseph Boltman III of Shoreview, Minnesota, who passed away on July 26, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Joseph Boltman, Melissa "Missy" Norling (John) and Jennifer Hansell (Andrew); his grandchildren, Parker, Molly, Justin Norling, Julia, Maria and Lydia Hansell; his pets, Winnie and Gretel; and his sisters, Kathy Herbert and Patti Spessard (Ken). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
