Ronald Filip Swanson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald Filip Swanson of Shoreview, Minnesota, who passed away on April 18, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sven Olaf Gösta Swanson and Gunhild Elvera Swanson; and his sister Lorraine Elizabeth Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ruth Swanson; his children, Neil Filip (Lourdes Aguirre), Karl Olaf (Susan) and Heather Lyn Schmidt (Jason); his grandchildren, Erik (Kinsey), Remiko, Peter (René), Greta, Brooke (Dylan), Thomas (Cara), Mamiko, Luke, Lars and Anders; his great grandchild Leif; his sister Janet Louise; and his brother-in-law David Fowler.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calvary Church - Roseville (2120 Lexington Ave N, Roseville, MN 55113). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made in Ron's name to Bethel University and Calvary Church in Roseville.
