Howard left this world on May 23, 2024 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Rines and Norene Rines (Redford); and his sisters, Frances Weesner and Annelle Stratton. He is survived by: his wife Donna; and his children, Debbie Thornquist (Tom), David (Olga) and Ken (Kirstine Oh). He is also survived by grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Centennial United Methodist Church in Roseville or the North Suburban Kiwanis Club in Roseville.
