He was predeceased by: his wife Louise (Antonson); his daughter Paula Sartor (John Braff); his sister Ardella Dehne; and his parents, George and Emma.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Hoglund (Jim) and Philip Fortmeyer (Caroline); his grandchildren, Jeremy Hoglund (Andrea), Rebecca Marraffa (Francesco), Adam (Gao Vang), Blake Sartor, Jacob (Iuliia), Taylor (Laura Barnes) and Andrew Fortmeyer (Tess Snyder); his great grandchildren, Ashton Hoglund, Gabe Mueller, Sophia, Jude and Ezra Zeck; and his siblings, Ronald, Robert Fortmeyer (Donna) and Carol Swartz.
