He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Czech and Alvina Czech (Otremba); his former wife Millie; his daughters, Sharon and Yvonne; his stepson Stephen; his brothers, Clarence, Walter and Tony; his siblings-in-law, Daryl, Donna Seitz, Ed Seitz and Lynn Arlt; and also, Johnny and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Ardy; his children, Michael (Elaine) and Stephanie Warhol (John Reiman); his son-in-law Tommy Holley (Bev); his pet Prissy Pants; his grandchildren, Alexander Addams (Colin), David Holley, Niky Studenski (Chad), Bob Czech (Ari) and Sam Czech; his great grandchildren, Kinsley, Oliver, Kuree and Stephen; and his siblings, Dennis, Geri Blais and Kathy Kerfeld (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
