She was predeceased by: her parents, August Marsh and Lottie Marsh (Rauk); her husband Ray Waggoner; her daughter-in-law LaVone Waggoner; her parents-in-law, Robert and Mary Effie Waggoner; and her siblings, Mavis Bromaghim (Cy), Margery Johnson (Albert), Bob Marsh (Arlene) and Lewis Marsh (Edna). She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Granddaughter.
