He was predeceased by: his parents, Helmer Julin and Pat Julin (LaFond). He is survived by: his wife Lois Sylvia Heikkila of Shevlin; and his siblings, Michael Julin of Shevlin, Helmer Julin of Muskegon and Louise Pollard (Mark) of Tracy. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
The Cease Family Funeral Home in Bemidji assisted the family with donation of his body to science through the Mayo Clinic bequest program.
