He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Luggar and Alma Luggar; his son Byron Luggar; his daughter-in-law Cathy; and his sisters, Audrey Theiler and Virginia "Ginnie" Anthony.
He is survived by: his wife Delores Luggar; his sons, Randy Luggar (Amy) and Terry Luggar; his friend Sue Luggar; his grandchildren, Cody Luggar (Chantelle) and Kianna Luggar; his siblings, Wesley Luggar and Marie "Lucky" Anderson; and also Bruce Luggar (Carrie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
