He is survived by: his children, Kay Sauter (Laren) of Box Elder, SD, Bruce (Lynae), Michael (Julie) of Park Rapids, MN, Thomas (Emmy) of Menagha, MN, Barbara O'Hara (Frank) of Pembina, ND and James (Theresa) of Stevens Point, WI.; his sister Norma Nelson; his sister-in-law Minnie Apel; and his son-in-law Philip Muir. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
