She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman E. Schaefer and Ruth L. Schaefer; and her sister-in-law Mary Kay Schaefer. She is survived by: her siblings, Sandra Holm (Morris) of Swea City, Iowa and John W. Schaefer (Julie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other relatives.
