She is survived by: her mother Gloria Martin (Blom) of Welcome, Minnesota; her spouse Jamie Chukuske; her children, Benjamin (Shari) of Welcome, Samantha (John Cox) of Fairmont and Nathan (Samantha) of Welcome, Minnesota; her grandchildren, Corben, Jamesen Chukuske and Joslyn Chukuske; and her siblings, Randy Martin (Alice) of Trimont, Minnesota, Cindy Neuenfeldt (Don) of Granada and Mindy Holmen (Chris) of Madison, Wisconsin. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are able to gather for visitations and services. The use of face masks by attendees is required.
