She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Olson; her daughter Vicki Rosenberg; her parents, Elmer Hilgendorf and Bernice Hilgendorf; and her stepmother Catherine Hilgendorf.
She is survived by: her children, Steve, Steven Olson (Deb) of Trimont, Gala Beckendorf (Ken) of Nicollet and Linda Sandberg (Per Nielsen) of Windom; her grandchildren, Reid (Laura), Rusty (Heather), Rod Olson (Kayla), Jessica Schmidt (Cal), Lindsey Borst (Kevin), Spencer (Sam), Walker (Krista), Hunter Olson (Missy Viesselman), Taylor Elverson (John), Danielle (Justin Borchardt), Nicholas and Brooke Sandberg (Clay Lindscheid); her great grandchildren, Roman, Richie, Ryan, Ahvah, Aylah, Axton, Callan, Blaine, Kennedy, Lyla, Case Olson, Julia Borchardt and Hans Schmidt; her sister Ruth Weber (Irv); and her sisters-in-law, Marian Gottschalk and Marie Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will go to Mary's favorite charities: United Hospital Hospice, Martin County Relay for Life and MN Ovarian Cancer Alliance.
