He is survived by: his wife Rita Carmack; his children, Cynthia Jessen (Herb), Patricia Brown of Novi, MI, Mark Worthley (Joann) of Hinton, OK, Diane Ryswyk (Glen) and David Worthley (Boni) of Virginia Beach, VA; his grandchildren, David Brown, Daniel Brown (Pam), Thomas Worthley (Leigh), Bryan Worthley (Sarah), Nathaniel Worthley (Kaidee), Kailey Worthley, Ryan Ryswyk (April), Sara Mellecker (Craig), Michael Ryswyk (Brittany), Megan Daubert (Michael), Heather Fischer (Matthew) and Preston Worthley (Anna); his stepgrandchildren, Kelly Knutson (Chad) and Kim Jessen; his grandchildren, Raelene Miller Mathews (Robert) and Ragina Segress (Gabe); his great grandchildren, Lyren, Elin, Gabriel, Laurel Worthley, Asher Worthley, Grace, Garrett, Abigail Ryswyk, Jack Mellecker, Beau, Margaux, Millie Ryswyk, Carmen, Brooks, Ryland Daubert, Remi Fischer, Parker D Worthley and Rowan Layman; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor, Reggie Knutson, Emma, Thomas and Sami Jo Stauffenecker; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Jamison Miller Mathews and Xavier Thomas; his sisters-in-law, Pat Huse (Jerry) and Anita Malon; his children, Star St Claire (Pat), Lance Carmack (Pam) and Monte Carmack (Debbie); his grandchildren, Dustin Dunphy (Katie), Kate, Bethany Carmack, Kelsey LaRue (Jared) and Zachary Carmack (Gabi); and his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Conner Dunphy.
