He is survived by: his wife Angelicia Montgomery; and also, Jay Balcom (Mary) of Granada, Jon Balcom (Kathy) of East Chain, Jeff Balcom of Elmore, Lynda Stauter (Rob) of Welcome, Margaret Loveng of Sherburn and James Montgomery (Sara). He is also survived by great-nieces and nephews; cousins and other relatives.
