He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony McDonough and Gloria McDonough (Berguetski); and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his wife Shelly McDonough (Miller); his sons, Ryan Miller McDonough (Alex) and Jackson John 'Jake McDonough; and his siblings, Jim McDonough (Carol), Linda McDonough (Mike Kloos), Karen McDonough (Willie Backes) and Lori Dvorak (Mike). He is also survived by many sisters-in-law and brothers-in law, a boatload of nieces & nephews, and many friends.
