With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter C. Goetz of Shakopee, Minnesota, who passed away on February 15, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Goetz and Myrtle Goetz (Carlson); his wife Mary; his daughter Karla Stenson; and his brothers-in-law, Bob Moody and Shorty Engel.
He is survived by: his sons, Clayton (Linda), Jason (Sheila), Craig (Tammy) and Kevin (Tracy); his grandchildren, Westin (Dorina), Michaela Goetz, Mary Determan, Michael, Marshall Stenson, Nicholas, Luke, Andrew Goetz, Gavin, Griffin Goetz, Brynn and Tatum Goetz; his great grandchildren, Noah, Benjamin Horsnell, Jenna Determan, Micah Grace Goetz, Olivia Joy Goetz and Carson Westin Goetz; and his siblings, Joan Moody, Richard and Bruce (Patti). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
