It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roger C. Dircks of Shakopee, Minnesota, who passed away on April 9, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dircks and Adeline Dircks (Koehnen); his wife Joanne (Karst); his grandson Mike Dague; his brother Harold (Janice); his sister-in-law Marilyn Dircks; and his close friend Donna Lannoye.
He is survived by: his children, Mike (Peggy), Cathy and Terry Dircks (Colleen); his grandchildren, Jennifer Gillard (Jay), Eric Dircks (Nikki), Joel Dircks, Debbie Dague and Nicole Dircks (Jose Perez); and his brothers, Gerry, Tony (Jeannie), Jim (Linda) and Daniel Dircks. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McNearney-Schmidt Funeral and Cremation (1220 3rd Ave E, Shakopee, MN 55379). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
