It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip M. Garbe of Shakopee, Minnesota, who passed away on December 21, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garbe and Mildred Garbe (Peterson); his wife Cindy; and his brothers, Jack and Michael.
He is survived by: his children, Elaine Garbe, Theresa Carlson (Rex), Adam Garbe (Dawn), Rachel Garbe (Alan Wilson) and Eric Garbe (Catherine); his grandchildren, Lucas, Evan, Sloane, Gabriel, Micah, Liam, Addison, Ethan and Ian; his brother Ralph Garbe (Peggy); and his sister-in-law Donna Garbe.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McNearney-Schmidt Funeral and Cremation (1220 3rd Ave E, Shakopee, MN 55379). A prayer was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Dan Patch American Legion Post 643 - Savage (12375 Princeton Ave, Savage, MN 55378).
