He was predeceased by: his father Vladimir Melnichuk. He is survived by: his mother Yekaterina Melnichuk; his wife Svitlana; his son Anton (Irene); his grandchildren, Vanessa, Michael, Sophia and David; his son Miroslav (Yuliana); and his great grandchild Noemi.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Slavic Baptist Church (1205 10th Ave E, Shakopee, MN 55379). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
