He is survived by: his sons, Jason Toth (Jenni) and Dan Toth (Maggie Arndt); his grandchildren, Logan, Skylar, Griffin, Daxtyn and Jacelynn; his siblings, Joe Toth, Jim Toth (Tammy) and Kathy Such; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Toth. He is also survived by his family, friends.
