It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Todd Hofteig (Shakopee, Minnesota), born in Montevideo, Minnesota, who passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Michelle Hofteig Furnstahl; his grandparents, Cecil, Annabelle Hofteig, Ardeth and Lester Dotseth; and his aunt Sharon Dyrdahl.
He is survived by: his parents, Todd Hofteig and Diane Hofteig; his wife Angela Hofteig; his daughters, Megan Hanke (Tanner) and Annabelle Hofteig; his stepchildren, Mackenzie Sletten, Kylie Centellas (Josh), Delaney Row (Derrick) and Evan Sletten; and his grandson Holden Mark Hanke. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ballard-Sunder Funeral and Cremation (833 Marschall Rd, Shakopee, MN 55379). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home (833 Marschall Rd, Shakopee, MN 55379).
In lieu of flowers, any donation will be distributed by the family to Habitat for Humanity and The Negative Space - caregiver support.
