It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Link of Shakopee, Minnesota, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Javurek and Julia Javurek (Uhlir); her husband Donald N. Link; her siblings, Lucille Novak and Robert "Bud" Javurek; and her sisters-in-law, Helen Link and Carol Link.
She is survived by: her son Don Jr. Don Jr. (Jan); her grandchildren, Tim Link (Rose) and Jennifer Lovegreen (Vernon); her great grandchildren, Josie, Lauren, Vernon IV and Dillon; her sister Shirley Hentges; and her sister-in-law Marlene Link.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the McNearney-Schmidt Funeral and Cremation (1220 3rd Ave E, Shakopee, MN 55379). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Mark (350 Atwood St S, Shakopee, MN 55379).
