He is survived by: his wife DeeAnn; his son Douglas Lake (Jan); his grandchildren, Brenda Lake and Matt Lake (Cassey); his son Kevin Lake (Jenny); his grandchildren, Sarah Porter (Ross), Justin Lake (Erika) and Heidi Lake; his daughter Kimberly Tieben (Ken); his grandchildren, K. J. Tieben, Kory Tieben (Shawn) and Karen Widman (Ryan); and his siblings, Howard Lake (Elaine), Gust Lake (Pat), Doris Cheney, Ed Lake, Pat Lillya and Gene Lake (Debee). He is also survived by his 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
