Plekkenpol in Shakopee, Minnesota, born in Le Sueur, Minnesota, who passed away on March 12, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Reinhardt and Margaret Reinhardt; her sister Elaine Pearson; her brother-in-law Bud Pearson; and her nephew Rick Pearson.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her sons, Dave Plekkenpol (Bonnie) and Dan Plekkenpol (Dawn); and her grandchildren, Brandon Plekkenpol (Meghan), Jenna Laughlin (Kevin), Eben Plekkenpol and Kyra Nibbe (Tyler). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
