He is survived by: his mother Doris Cichy (Susanka); his wife Mary; his daughters, Jessica Cichy, Jolene McHale (Nathan) and Jennifer Hanson (Toby); his grandchildren, Brooke, Tanner McHale, Alana and Charlie Hanson; and his sisters, Jane, Donna and Sharon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loving family and friends.
