With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine J. Andersen of Shakopee, Minnesota, born in Lakefield, Minnesota, who passed away on January 29, 2023 at the age of 84. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine J. Andersen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Stofferahn and Josephine Stofferahn (Gentz); her brothers, Darrell (Marilyn) and Duane; her brother-in-law Laurence Pauling; and her significant other Leora "Jackie" Alberts.
She is survived by: her husband David C. Andersen; her children, Alan (Barbara), Dean (Kim), Denise Walsh (Brian) and Angela Glum (Mike); her grandchildren, Alex, Ashley, Danielle, Deanna, David, Douglas, Kameron, McKayla, Leigha and Zachary; her great grandchild Madden; her sister Phyllis Pauling; and her sister-in-law Rosemary Schaffer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Any donations will be used for funeral expenses and anything beyond will be donated in her name.
