She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Schumacher and Mathilda Schumacher; her husband Warren Varner; her brother Richard Schumacher; and her sister-in-law Ruth Schumacher.
She is survived by: her brothers, Ralph Schumacher (Cathy), Roland Schumacher (Barbara) and Robert Schumacher (Donna); her stepchildren, Larry Norring (Barbara), Daryl Norring, Tom Norring, Dean Norring (Colleen), Nancy Loken (Wayne) and Brenda Greer (Chris); her grandchildren, Mark Norring (Angela), Danielle Norring and Scott Norring; and her great grandchildren, Matthew and Isobel Norring. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
