He is survived by: his wife Ann-Marie (Strunk); his children, Shawna King, Shelley Lopez and Christopher King; his stepchildren, Scott, Chris and Bill Schneider (Rachel); his grandchildren, Ashlee, Blake, Chris, Brooke and Zane; his great grandchildren, Jayce, Mason and Preslee; and his siblings, Carol, Lynn, David and Scott.
