He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Block and Jeanne Block (Mauch); his stepfather Douglas Salisbury; and his in-laws, Leo, Gert Ketter, Phillip Ketter and Kurt Swaggert.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Ketter; his children, Deven Block (Vanessa) and Kari Swaggert; and his grandchildren, Brooklynn Porter, Ava Nybladh, Carter, Gabriella Block, Kennedy and Kora Swaggert. He is also survived by brother and sister in laws and several nieces and nephews.
