He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Blackburn and Elnora Blackburn (Franks); his wife Nancy; his brother Thomas; his daughter-in-law Angela; and his great grandchild Camron.
He is survived by: his children, Lory Skinner (Tony) of Shakopee, Curt Blackburn and Shawn (Katie Eisold) of Shakopee; and his sister Pat Boyd. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
