She was predeceased by: her parents, George Beckrich and Lucille Beckrich (Siebenaler); her husband Alex J. "Dick" Schmidt; her siblings, Theresa Yetzer, George Beckrich, Anton Beckrich, Edna Waalen and Rosemary Schmitt; and her daughter-in-law Karen.
She is survived by: her children, Mike, Phillip (Tessie), Norbert, Bonnie Yau, Diane Nelson (Gary) and Darla Stockburger (Mark); her siblings, Agnes Braverman (Peter), Rita Kenow and Allen Beckrich (Jackie); and her sister-in-law Janet Beckrich. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to Emerald Crest of Shakopee.
