She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Kerber and Isabelle Kerber (Tobias). She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Gust and Debbie Preiss (Eric Butler); her grandchildren, Ellison, Emerson, Ethan, Harrison and Lewis; her sister Susan Steinhagen (Butch); her husband Marlin Preiss; her brothers, Frederick and Duane Kerber; and her sisters-in-law, Donna and Elaine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends; and her family of caregivers.
In lieu of flowers, Char's family asks that donations be made to Benetrou, Inc. – a non-profit developed to serve the needs of residents and staff at Trouvaille Memory Care Suites. Keep Charlotte's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
