She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Holscher and Marcella Holscher (Tiggelaar); her son Vincent Gartzke; and her brother-in-law Rick Zubke. She is survived by: her husband Robert Merchen; her daughters, Marcy Miller (Robbie Beck) and Kara Connelly (T. R.); her grandsons, Memphis, Tucker and Zack; and her sister Karen Zubke. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
