She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Rix and Mildred Rix (Newton); and her son Scott. She is survived by: her husband Don; her sons, Kirk (Deborah) and Joel (Arlean); her grandchildren, Leah and Nicholas; and her brothers, Richard and Carlyn Rix.
