She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Offner and Grace Offner; her son Kevin Couillard; her former husband Roger Couillard; and her brothers, Keith and Fred Offner.
She is survived by: her sons, Craig and Cory Couillard (Kim); her grandchildren, Katrina, Sebastian, Erin, Emme and Sydney; and her siblings, Mavis Lee, Pam Stark, Sandy Smith and Jerry Offner.
